Hero Yash Johar, Apurva Mehta and Shashank Khitan. It is based on a true accident that happened in Mumbai, [1] and tells the story of a couple on an immigrant ship stranded on a coast. The film stars Vikas Kushal, Bhumi Pednikar and Aishwanta Rana in the lead roles, [2] [3] and is the debut of the planned horror film franchise. Principal photography began in December 2018 and wrapped up in September 2019. [4] It is slated for a theatrical release in India on February 21, 2020. [5]


Marketing and release
The two official posters of the film were unveiled on 19 July 2019 by Kaushal with release date. Another set of posters were released on 13 September. A week later, on 20 September, a poster was unveiled to announce the new release date.

The film was initially set to release on 15 November 2019 but later it got delayed and is now scheduled to be released theatrically on 21 February 2020.[9]
